We offer support and advice with respect to the planning and imple-mentation of the succession of a business. This includes solutions within the family of the owner or within the company, as well as the sale of the company to a third party.

Where an external solution is sought after, we work closely with intermediaries and represent either sellers or buyers in all legal matters. We support the entire selling process and, together with tax experts and accountants, conduct a due diligence on behalf of prospective buyers in order to identify potential risks. We draft the sales contracts for our clients and we advise them during negotiations with investors and banks, until the sale has been completed. If it seems appropriate in order to ensure a smooth transition, we will take a seat on the board of directors.
