Sports Law

In the field of sports law, we advise athletes and sports clubs and associations in questions relating to the rules of association, on economic matters, employment law and personality rights. We represent athletes, clubs and associations in internal procedures, before arbitration tribunals such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport CAS and also before state courts. We are highly experienced on licensing issues; we prepare employment contracts and sponsoring agreements for private individuals and for clubs, and we advise sports event organizers on the realization of the event and also regarding marketing and broadcasting rights.
