We support our clients in drafting contracts of purchase and sale for real estate or condominium ownership and structure extensive real estate or sale-and-lease-back transactions. We draw up and check tenancy and sublease agreements and give advice on matters of termination, extension or transfer of lease agreements. In this respect we also litigate in proceedings before mediation bodies, courts and administrative authorities.
