We particularly advise and represent our clients with regard to commercial and business law and related areas, such as employment law, tenancy law, intellectual property rights, real estate law, bankruptcy law and composition proceedings and also press law and right to privacy. We represent our clients in ordinary proceedings as well as in summary proceedings regarding provisional measures before all Swiss courts. We do so in civil proceedings and in bankruptcy and composition proceedings, particularly in directors’ and officers’ liability cases, claims for fraudulent conveyances and preferences, and in proceedings regarding the schedule of claims or the securing of assets.

In transnational proceedings we work closely with our network of international experts. A main focus of our work is representing companies and private individuals in the resolution of conflicts arising from corporate acquisition agreements. Within the scope of our advisory activities, we assist our clients in identifying difficulties that could lead to conflicts as early as possible, thereby avoiding legal disputes.

When drafting contracts we advise our clients on the drafting of arbitration clauses and represent them in arbitration proceedings in Switzerland and abroad.
